Sorry I'm kinda unresponsive lately u___u I still read and appreciate all comments, but I've been really busy lately with college applications and I don't log on deviantart often during the day
I'm trying to decide if i should go back to my old college to take a new program or choose a whole new school b/c i got offers from both schools ;__; I still have friends that go to my old college and i wanna see some professors again but maybe I do want to try a new school? QAQ

Payment:

For Paypal, I would appreciate it if you select the "Sending Money to Family or Friends" option, but it is not necessary. Payment sent with the "goods and services option" to my account is held by Paypal for 21 days before I receive it so you you do send money by this option, you will be agreeing that the rights of use of adoptable will be permanently revoked if you cancel the sent payment before I receive it. This will also apply if you use paypal to retract your money for the adoptable at any time, regardless of how you sent the payment. I do not offer refunds for adoptables.

For points, please use a premium content widget (usually on my profile or on deviation page), Do NOT send points to me directly or they will be sent back and the transaction will be voided. However, no worries if you sent it incorrectly, I will always return the points to you and hold the adoptable so you may purchase it by premium content. Please ensure I have confirmed your request to purchase before sending points as points sent through premium platforms cannot be returned in full due to Deviantart taking a cut of the profit.

You must send the payment within 24 hours of me confirming your purchase. I do not hold adoptables and I will consider no response after 24 hours as no longer interested in purchasing and the adoptable will be re-opened without warning.

TERMS OF USE:

What you are purchasing is the ownership and rights to use of the character and the character design, not the credit for the creation of the character/design.
Upon purchasing, you will be the sole owner of the adoptable/character and the design, and have the rights of use to it and may use the character/design as you please.

I retain the copyright of the character's design, the original artwork, and the credit for the creation. I WILL NOT OWN characters/adoptables that ARE SOLD, they belong to whomever have purchased them. I will NOT use or re-use/re-sell the character or it's design once it is sold).

-DO NOT RE-UPLOAD MY ARTWORK WITHOUT PERMISSION. You can use the artwork anywhere, but do NOT reupload to ANY site or PUBLIC file-sharing site (e.g tumblr, Instagram..etc.) without my permission. If you ask before re-uploading I will almost always say "yes".

-Personal use of the artwork is allowed. If you wish to use the character for commercial purposes (e.g. selling t-shirts of your character printed on them) , you may not use my artwork of the character in the product. -I do not issue refunds on adoptables and reselling/transferring is not permitted unless it is discussed with me beforehand.

-After I confirm your purchase, you will have 24 hours to send me the payment; if I do not receive a response after then, the adopt will be re-opened or given to the next highest bidder (if applicable).
